Development of smart remotely-managed LED street lighting networks on road axes
Project Description
The project undertaken by the company on behalf of its client, Globiled, involved the implementation and support of smart, autonomous, and remotely managed LED street lighting networks along the country’s road axes, as part of large-scale interventions aimed at improving road safety and energy efficiency.
The intervention is part of a nationwide project covering road networks under the responsibility of regional authorities. It includes the development of modern lighting infrastructure with capabilities for autonomous operation, remote management, and monitoring.
Future Technologies’ Role and Actions
Future Technologies participated in the project as a subcontractor for the execution of specialized tasks, taking on the following responsibilities:
- Performing fieldwork as part of the development of smart LED street lighting networks
- Supporting the installation and operation of remotely managed lighting systems
- Participating in the coordination of work along roadways
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and safety requirements
- Supporting the smooth integration of the infrastructure into the overall project management system
The works were carried out in full alignment with the provisions of the main contract and the requirements of large-scale infrastructure projects.
